Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
Products must be unopened and unused in their original packaging
All cosmetic products must remain sealed and unopened for hygiene and safety reasons
Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@barehues.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an unopened item for a different shade or product, please contact us at support@barehues.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@barehues.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, even if the product has been opened.
